The Sisters of Charity serves approximately 1,000 meals per day. The kitchen is operated out of a building that is approximately 150 years old. We have used other pest control companies in the past but continued to have problems.

I would like to recommend heartily D' Bug Lady Pest Management and the owner Carol Kauscher for the work she and her employees have done in assisting us begin development of our school districts IPM program.

We have used pesticides exstensively throughout our schools for years. As a part of our desire to improve inside air quality we have chosen to implement Integrated Pest Management.

With the help of Carol and her employees in identifying the access points where mice have entered the building and the use of traps ans steel wool we feel we have reduced and possibly eliminated the mouse problem. Their help in identifying where the birds were getting in the building and their help in eliminating the problem has been valuable.

Carol's having met withthe building staff to educate them on the things we do that help cause the problems with pests in the first place, has helped greatly as we ask them to be a part of the solution by keeping food in non-penetrable containers, or out of their rooms altogether.
